The most common reason is that you are not using the cable that came with the MultiCom router. You can only use 4 wire cables with your MultiCom router. Check the end of your Ethernet cable and if you see 8 separate wires coming out of the cable you are using the wrong cable.

If you have lost the Ethernet cables that came with your MultiCom router or need a custom length, please contact your distributor.

It is also possible that your flash memory is damaged. After trying the above test, if the problem is not solved please contact customer support.
