In some cases the upgrade has written the date of the MultiCom Firewall to 1969. With this date it is not possible to write a new configuration to the flash memory. The result is that after each reboot the original configuration is loaded since the new configuration was never saved.

You can check this at http://10.0.0.1/tools/date/ where 10.0.0.1 is the IP address of your MultiCom Firewall. Please change the date and year to the current time and you will be able to save a configuration to the boot memory location.

Firmware versions 3.3 and higher do not have this problem.
